We are a family run business based in Buxton. We have run a local home care business for a number of years. I big part of our job isn’t just personal care but assist with cleaning clients homes.
The majority of our clients have medical conditions, including respiratory issues. This requires homes to be cleaned to near hospital standards, eliminating dust and ensuring all surfaces are disinfected and clean.
This is what inspired us to launch the North West Cleaning Company. Our aim is to offer a superior cleaning service for homes and businesses, which stands out from basic domestic cleaners. Cleaning to the same corporate level of standards we have provided to our home care clients for many years.
Company Standards
Every clean is carried out, subject to a detailed company policy checklist which we created for our home care clients.
Homes and business premises are spotchecked by managers to ensure continuity is delivered by all our cleaners, no matter how big or small the cleaning job.
Our staff recruitment and HR processes includes the request of a fresh and upto date DBS check and verification of ID, address and legal working status. Employees are not given an official start date, until all documentation has been double checked and passes our HR policies.
